The Babblebrook Grange is a three storey family house with a roof that folds out to create a roof terrace. The traditional front porch has a swing seat for two. The garden has a fountain that changes colour and can be located at the front or rear of the house. ( the garden and fountain is not included with purchase )One side of the balcony doors are broken, you can put them in the correct place but you can’t open and close one side of the door. First picture is a stock photo. There is a glue spot on the second floor terrace ( see pictures ). 2 railings are missing.
