This is an unusual and unique piece. This is done in both a bisque and a glazed porcelain. The body of the Buddha, his chest, hands, feet and head are all bisque and have been hand-painted with gorgeous detail, even adding blush color to his chest and stomach. His robes are glazed in the beautiful pink of famille rose with green, gold and white accents. He is holding prosperity beads in one hand. His feet and hands are amazingly detailed with creases and nails. Measures 8 inches tall by 11 inches wide. No chips or cracks.
