Books do have that old book smell! There is foxing on the inside covers of two of them. Some warping on the pages as seen in the pics. The price does reflect this, but still a great addition to a Franklin library, or great for just decoration! I do not believe these have encountered water at any point, but I do think they were in a moist environment at one time.
