Fit was slim but not tight for me. Measurements are in the photos.

Bought these raw from Blue In Green and wore them in. Still in great shape but they no longer fit me. Only wear to note is near the left ankle: there is a bit of fabric worn through the size of a pinhead where they were cuffed. The waist button was also replaced, but the fabric behind it was not torn or even stretched, it just popped off.
