Brand new unused. However, I tried to roll the suitcase around my room to test the wheels and my husky’s fur is caught on the wheels. I’ll try to remove as much as I can, but sorry for the inconvenience.
The handle on the suitcase is not the best. It is difficult to get it to click at the height I want. So I’m going to go with a different brand. But please. Please take it off my hands lol. I couldn’t return it due to purchasing it during a warehouse sale (final sale).
