These 4 Vintage (1970's) Art Panels are hand painted with gold and silver accents and depict a beautiful scene of Geishas in front of a Pagoda. The Geishas and Pagoda are made of hand carved and hand painted Mother of Pearl. Each black lacquer panel is 3 ft. tall and 1 ft. wide and come with lovely brass hangers (picture # 7). There is a very thin crack in the lacquer on the mountain of the 1st panel (picture # 6) and another even smaller one on the black at the top of the 3rd panel (I was unable to capture it in a photo) but otherwise there are VERY minimal signs of wear. These have been in my mom's home for decades and she loves them, but she is down sizing.
