Excellent condition - no real signs of wear.
Well constructed.
Assuming the fabric is 100% cotton and may have been screen printed by hand. The pink flowers have a texture that feels like they were painted on (not too thick, just enough to feel the difference).
Fabric is a mid-weight. Base color is navy blue.
Slimming and accentuating built-in black velvet belt with a structured flat bow on center front.
Hidden back zipper closure. Snaps keep the belt flat/closed when it passes over the zipper.
Darts at cuffs and back (shoulders).
Built-in bra stays.
No size tag, I assigned a medium size based on measurements.
