Pre-owned vintage condition. Missing all interior tags except Carolina Herrera brand tag. There is an area in the rear region that measures about 7 1/4 inches where the fabric is not sewn or otherwise secured by anything (this may be seen as a convenience feature to some!) but there is about 1 inch of overlap in the fabric (please see photos). It looks like it was intended to be this way based on the way that its sewn. I tried the pants on and there were no visible undergarments but this may potentially create a gap. There is a also a small 1/4 inch separation at the seam in the velvet in that same area. Minor imperfections in velvet due to its age.
